- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While there is no standard fee in our industry, Bella's management fee is competitive at a 6% management fee for new enrollments. Our fees may be negotiable depending on factors such as multiple property accounts, rent rolls, location, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hiring a property manager can seem daunting. We'll start with an email introducing our company and services and then follow-up with a phone call at your convenience to see what kinds of questions you have about leasing your home. If you are local, we can also set up a meeting at the home to talk about specifics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Real Estate Broker I take required courses every two years to maintain my license and keep on top of new laws and requirements in my profession. I hold the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist designation and conduct approximately 80+ new lease transactions per year!
