- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a phone interview to see if we are a good fit for each other and getting some basic information. Next, we would schedule a face-to-face meeting in person or via zoom/facetime. For homeowners thinking of selling, an in-house meeting is important for me to get an actual image of the condition home is in. This helps me locate the right comparables for when I present my opinion of market worth (potential listing and sales price). Then if all parties are ready to move forward with each other a Listing Agreement is signed for Homeowners looking to sell and Buyer's Representation Agreement for buyers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college with a Construction Management Degree in 2003. Since I have taken 180 hrs of Real Estate required course work for my real estate license. Since getting my license I have received designations for GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), which is a 90-hour course that goes further in-depth on real estate contracts, marketing, and brokerage. SRS (Seller Representative Specailist) to hone my listing skills to better serve homeowners when needing to sell their houses. I have also received certification of PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) which helps me provide better pricing opinions for sellers and buyers.
