Literally from the ground up the space is painstakingly custom built for optimum sonic functionality and comfort. The place is alive and breathing! With a great deal of high quality recording equipment and musical gear, tempered with a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and true excitement in finding the magic in the process of recording music, your possibilities can also come alive here. As I have worked on several projects here I have seen an evolution from darned good to very very good to excellence. This is mainly due to Nico's innate determination to discover the essence of musical alchemy.
