DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! He signed a contract to complete a cement patio for us. We paid an $800 deposit and never heard from him again. Beware!

Mark Raesz lied to my husband and I. We hired him to paint our exterior trim on the recommendation from a friend. His MO is to complete enough jobs to get referrals, then steal deposits paid for work never completed. He strung us along for several months before we finally accepted that he is a thief.
