- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an hourly rate of $120 per hour. The minimal charge is $120 and is in increments of 15 minutes after that. We do offer discounts for businesses that are woman-owned, military, and non-profit 501(c)(3) with a $90 per hour. We offer incentives throughout the year, so ask us what incentives we have available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have found that with new customers and with customers starting their business for the first time, they want to be educated. We can educate/train you through each step. This can turn into more hours, but in return, they are educated to make the modifications in the future.
