- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting Half-Hour lessons at 20$! Full Hour lessons will be 40$!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting together at a local field or batting cage for a meet and greet. We'll most likely start by playing a little catch, or doing some front toss or batting practice to see where you're at with your throwing/swing. If you're looking for more defensive work, I can hit/throw some ground balls or run through some infield drills to get an assessment of where you're at.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took general management and scouting courses with Sports Management World Wide that were hosted by former and current professional executives. I worked for the San Francisco Giants to commission and host a non-profit youth baseball program. I also have coached/assisted with many teams up to this point, from 9u select teams all the way up to high school varsity programs.
