- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe it starts with a design.We price our installations based on innovative water wise products that are available at estimate project availability,we consider layout design and best practices for efficient watering and the value of premium products over industry normals,we provide the best upfront on minimum gallons used and distribution coverage,We offer crew labor pricing and economical installation pricing in stages for those who are looking to cut cost and and are flexible on installation timing.We may not be the lowest priced overall compared to unlicensed labor cutting corners and coverage ,in the end the value of our sprinkler system with warranty in the long run due to our low overhead and low water usage will save customers money and waterwaste for years to come.That is our standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our installation process begins with a onsite meeting to obtain the wants and expectations of the landscape project from the customer.With a initial deposit the go ahead permission after initial pricing the next step is to design a Cad drawing for installation and permitting purposes.Once approved with permitting the fun begins with scheduling the labor installation of the project,usually 1 or 2 days with residential install with crew.After the initial install we walk the customer thru the components and layout of system .With customer satisfaction and ours at end of installation we request final payment to close out project permitting.We usually update final paperwork within a week or so and provide a final drawing to customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is licensed and onsite by choice on most projects,we also have licensed irrigators and licensed irrigation techs and licensed backflow specialist on site.
