I've been training with Percy for six months now, and it has been the best decision I've made for my body. I train a firm three hours a week, as opposed to wasting time at the gym in the past, if I even went. These workouts have been the key to shifting my natural desire for sugar to a desire for healthy food, which is the biggest factor in losing weight. I have toned considerably, gained muscle, and lost twelve pounds. The biggest physical difference however, is how many inches I've lost. The stress of a poor body image has mostly faded; I feel much more confident and my husband is really excited about how I've progressed. Percy is extremely personable, flexible with schedules, and considerate of the appointment time. I would challenge anyone to find a better deal. I commit to my three hours, and it really has paid off.

Whether you’re an experienced lifter, or brand new to training, Daniel teaches you how to become your best self. As an older trainee, and new to training, he emphasized safety and motivated you to stay consistent. He will treat you like family. His programs are proven if you make the choice to listen. I can not recommend him or his gym enough.

My experience with Carl at Warefare training has been great. When I first started out I had not workout in 17 years. My goal at first was to get toned. I could barely do push-ups and could not lift my arms up when I left the gym. That quickly changed and I decided to do the transformation contest. Carl got me setup on a meal and training plan. On the days that I am not working out with him he still glances over to make sure I am doing things correctly and gives me a thumbs up, which I quickly learned does not mean good job but add more weight. He pushes and motivates you to do your best every time and enjoys watching the torture on our faces because he genuinely cares about his clients and their progress. He tells it like it is when he sees you are not doing your part and effort not to rag on you but because he cares. If I could work out with Warefare training everyday I would because I know I would be getting the best training and accountability for myself.
I started training with Neha back in 2008 and it was a life changer for me! 2x/week of hard work for 3 months and I was in the best physical shape I have ever been! Before I met Chris, I had tried just about everything to get what I thought was a perfect body. However, no matter how much triathlon training, crossfit, running, and watching what I ate, I couldn't figure out how to get what I wanted. I was already working very hard by preparing vegetarian food and spending lots of time doing cardio. I initially had reservations about hiring a trainer because I thought it would be too expensive. I also thought I should be smart enough to figure it out on my own. But, after 33 years, I finally decided to hire a professional. Within a month of working with Chris, I saw significant results. I was stunned. After four months, he helped me achieve the beach body that I wanted for a trip to Miami. With just one training session a week, the benefits have way exceeded the cost. After Miami, now Chris is helping me to build up my legs. I couldn't be more pleased with the results that Chris helped me achieve. I've gotten never gotten so many compliments and stares in my life. I believe a good trainer is someone who helps protect you from injury while at the same time help you progress to your goals. I've been training with Richard for several months now. I am very pleased with our training sessions and the results so far. He has been helping me improve my form to help protect myself from any injury. I'm lifting much heavier weights now and feel safer doing it.
I hired Ralph for the goal of gaining some weight and learning the tips of not injuring myself while training. Ralph's training started with a information/Starbucks session to understand you goals, your body and shares his training method. During the trainings, Ralph always comes prepared on time, with list of exercises tailored for you. He teaches you the drills and answers questions before actually doing a particular exercise. He also shares free tips and research papers from time to time that pertain to training, keeping the right posture at work and diets. At this moment my Chinese martial arts training demands most of my training time. I would use Ralph's help again when needed in the future. I would also recommend you to have a try!
I am in the best shape of my life thanks to training with Dave! He is not only incredibly knowledgable as a trainer, he is patient, encouraging, and supportive. He shares advice for what I can do when we are not training to make sure I stay on track and he holds me accountable by checking in regularly. I started attending training sessions with David Becker back in the late summer of 2014 after a friend of mine invited me to come check out the studio. To preface, I spent my full adolescence and young adulthood playing team sports, mostly soccer, so it was crucial to find a training platform that matched the high level of fitness and athleticism I was used to. The program David runs truly forces one to push themselves to the outer limits of personal growth and development both physically and mentally all while enjoying the process. My goals were simple from the beginning…Put on muscle mass and get strong. Easier said than done! I like training with Mandie she is always watching to make sure form is good and makes sure I’m using the correct weight. She is fun and motivating and a great trainer.
Very very happy with the training that Sam has been providing me! I have seen a change in my body weight, and also found that I am really enjoying the workouts we have. At the start it was a pain to get up at 6.30am for training, but I now look forward to these sessions, not only because they are helping me lose weight, but also becuase they are fun! My daughter is an elite soccer player and has trained with Whitney for a couple of years. Whitney made sure that her workouts were geared totally to what was best for my daughter given the sport she plays. Whitney was always extremely encouraging, always educated my daughter about why specific aspects of the training were important. She pushed my daughter to achieve more than she did the last training session before and motivated her to work hard. Daniel is one of my favorite coaches I have worked with during my fitness journey. He helped me target my weaknesses and develop my strengths. I'm a better athlete because of the time I spent training with him.
We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!
NesselRoad2Fitness was definitely a game changer for me especially when trying to drop weight before my wedding day. I had little faith that I could drop even 20 lbs being just 6 months away from my big day. With the right direction (regarding healthy eating and cardio) and our regular weekly sessions I actually dropped 37 lbs by my final weigh in, 10 of those pounds I lost in the first month. I couldn’t believe my measurements. He keeps track of weight lost, measurements, and fat percentage on weigh in days and it really helps to put your progress in perspective. Andrew is a tough trainer but in a good way. He will help to hold you accountable but you still have to want it for yourself. With all the effort you put into your sweat sessions though, you won’t want to jeopardize your progress by eating bad. He helps you to help yourself!! Signing up for his training was one of my best decisions last year! If only I had signed up sooner!
I started training with Jen almost 2 years ago while trying to lose weight and ease back pain. She was amazing! Every workout was perfect for me and I got amazing results!
