What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system for window cleaning is based on four criteria. 1. degree of difficulty, 2. kind of windows being cleaned, 3. how many windows we are cleaning, 4. is the work for inside and outside.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we provide a Free on-site estimate, you don't need to be home for this. Once I have the quote, I will call you with the details and the price. At this time we can arrange to get your job scheduled. Once the job is completed to your satisfaction, I will email you the Invoice for the work that was done. You can then send a check or call and pay with any major credit card.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We always enjoyed the service business industry. We choose window cleaning because of the high satisfaction it provides to the customer and the window cleaner as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly residential, some commercial.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always get an on-site estimate. Phone estimates can only be a ball park figure and can many times be very misleading. Our customers appreciate knowing exactly what the costs are up front. There are no got-cha's at the end of the job. If we miss the quote then it's our problem, not the customers.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is all their construction work done, have they finished any projects that may interfere with the window cleaning. Note: Window Cleaner should always be the last people to do their job at your home, after any other work has been completed.
