Jamie teaches yoga from her heart and soul. She has a genuine personality and is able to create classes that are accessible for all yogis despite their yoga experiences. Her cues and sequencing give me the space to feel safe and her themes and life lessons in the class always help me feel a little bit better about my life. I feel privileged to have taken classes with this yoga teacher.

I was fortunate enough to have Sarah as my private instructor during a week-long Yoga retreat. Her kind, patient, respectful and caring demeaner exponentially enhanced my experience. She exposed me to different yoga practices: from a wide range of asanas to breathing exercises. Always attentive to my posture, Sarah adjusted my poses to ensure I was avoiding any injuries. She also introduced me to Yoga Nidra and the more meditative aspect of Yoga. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking to learn about Yoga or expand their knowledge of the practice.
Deborah is a truly wonderful and exceptional yoga instructor and yoga therapist. I attended her classes weekly and yet every class was unique. From physically challenging Asanas and vinyasas and traditional sun salutations to slower paced breathing and meditation exercises, and even spontaneous chanting and dancing, Deborah’s classes are always a joy. I sometimes attended with my 7 year old daughter and 70 year old mother, and Deborah assisted them both expertly and graciously, encouraging them and ensuring they were practicing safely.
Jess teaches with fluidity and grace making you feel at ease and unpressured within her class. If you are new to yoga her voice is the perfect guide to introduce you, I can guarantee you will be back for more!!
Angela offers fantastic yoga classes! I hadn't taken a yoga class in a couple of years, and felt totally comfortable with Angela. I have frequent issue with back discomfort and find her class helps tremendously. I will definitely continue to take yoga classes with Angela, and frequently recommend her to friends and family.

I loved my experience with Ms. Tacon! She is very well-educated in the study of yoga, as well as all the poses. Not only did I enjoy her class, but the way she taught it. Ms. Tacon shows her personality when she is teaching her classes, laughing, joking around, and her love of yoga really comes out.
I first connected with Rou last August at her Kemetic Yoga class in Mueller Park. I was impressed by her enthusiasm and focus on the mat, which as I would later find out, translates to her focus off the mat as well. She is a true leader - a very rare jewel - and I'm glad I know her.
Full disclosure...I use to tease on yogis...yoga was for hippies. Last year work had me so stressed out, I was feeling physical pain that I was certain was leading me to heart attack or stroke. I told myself, "This is crazy. I have to do something." I read about "Holy Yoga" in our church bulletin. Thought to myself, "it's worth a try". Came to my first class in July 2015...Not only did yoga help, I can't be without it! Beth is amazing and patient. I'm hooked! ♡
I've had a few private yoga classes with Abi and she really knows her stuff. She gave me just the right cues to really transform a few balancing poses that were giving me trouble, and she gives adjustments and suggestions that are subtle but totally change and open your practice. Her approach to yoga isn't only physical, but is totally grounded and approachable. She's also very personable and puts you right at ease.
She was an excellent yoga instructor, cannot recommend enough! I have some shoulder injuries due to a surgery I had earlier last year, and she did a great job of not only working around it, but making it feel a bit less stressed after our session! She does a great job of describing exactly what to do to get in and out of certain positions, which is usually hard in a private instead of a class. Lovely woman, can't wait to see her again.
Absolutely love Marjorie Montufar's variety of yoga classes - Hatha, Vinyasa, and Meditation practice. Marjorie's experience shines through her intuitive yoga instructions. She takes time to assess the needs of her students prior to starting classes. She offers comforting guidance for all stages of my yoga practice, including proper yoga positions, alternative positions to avoid injury, breathing techniques, meditation. Most importantly, as an instructor she encourages learning to listen to your physical limitations while still stretching your mind and body to find balance in your life. I have been attending classes under Marjorie for 6 months now, each class I leave feeling more relaxed and centered, knowing I have accomplished so much in so little time.
Lisa Galizia has knowledge of the body and yoga that surpasses any Yoga instructor I have gone to. She is patient and able to assess your individual needs while attending to an entire class. I highly recommend her as an outstanding yoga instructor!
