Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Within these crazy times, everyone should be more than satisfied with investing in their health and wellness! I program all aspects of fitness ( cardio, strength, stretching/mobility, nutrition...) and we achieve goals very quickly, and safely. I am a Certified Nutrition coach as well, and keep my personal training ( among other certifications) current. Everyone within this industry should be continuing their education. This, along, with experience, enables me to program for my clients in a way that keeps them positively engaged in such a unique program. We get results. I am passionate about this lifestyle. It's not just a job , and I thrive on my clients' successes. I have a great relationship with them, look forward to our sessions, and am proud to say I have helped them within their fitness journeys. My clients. I thoroughly enjoy working with them, and hearing about their lives. As stated above, it's empowering for me as well to see them surpass their goals. It is a pleasure to watch my clients realizing potentials, and benefits to fitness that they did not know would come about.

I wish I could give more than five stars. Richard is knowledgable, patient, and committed to improving your fitness and overall health. He can connect with as easily with beginners as with those who've had some prior experience with personal training or an athletic background - he's a good teacher as well as a personal trainer. Working with Richard, I've made the most - and fastest - progress with my fitness and weight-loss that I've ever made. He keeps sessions interesting (you're never bored) and tailored uniquely to your progress and fitness level. Definitely recommend.

Richard has been my trainer for a year and a half now. I couldn't be happier with my experience. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and an all-around really great guy. I look forward to every workout (really!). I've made a lot of progress and am so glad I found him!

I couldn't have asked for a better training experience than with Richard! He was very easy to work with and knew exactly what I needed to get to the specific goal I set for myself. I even quit smoking while training with him and he helped me curb those pesky extra pounds you usually gain after quitting. And last but not least he was a great person too! I consider him my friend! Whether you are looking to tone up a little or lose a substantial amount of weight, I would highly recommend him!

I believe a good trainer is someone who helps protect you from injury while at the same time help you progress to your goals. I've been training with Richard for several months now. I am very pleased with our training sessions and the results so far. He has been helping me improve my form to help protect myself from any injury. I'm lifting much heavier weights now and feel safer doing it.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes! I am constantly reading about the latest studies regarding diet, exercise techniques and philosophies , etc. My NASM certification is current, which means I have to earn continuing education credits through ongoing training. Learning never stops

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Programming for: Beginners, as well as advanced All ages Progressive (we advance based on your improvements) Identify compensations/weaknesses Corrective exercise/ injury rehabilitation Fat loss Strength training/stability Core work Full functionality( movement, efficiency in all planes, with full range of motion). Information. I inform you of what we are doing and why.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions! Try to get to know your potential trainer. Go with the better feel/connection. Ask him/her to be specific about their approach. You get what you pay for. A good trainer puts in the work. Value this. Don't fall for cheap , long term packages that make you pay in the long run for mediocre work. This is your health, not a used car. Be thorough in your search.
