- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions! Try to get to know your potential trainer. Go with the better feel/connection. Ask him/her to be specific about their approach. You get what you pay for. A good trainer puts in the work. Value this. Don't fall for cheap , long term packages that make you pay in the long run for mediocre work. This is your health, not a used car. Be thorough in your search.
