I was a bit discouraged about calling them knowing they charged a service fee, so I initially called one of their competitors. Their competitor never returned my call, so I called Clark's. They answered my call that morning and was very professional. We were given the 8am to noon window and the technician called ahead at 8:30am to say he was on his way. Arrived at 9:15am just like he said he would. They were here and gone by noon. The technician provided maintenance on 2 doors and repaired a 3rd. He also programmed 3 new clickers all for about $200. Great value! The man was prompt, knowledgable and polite. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them from now on.

I sent the request in on a Sunday morning and got a call back that afternoon - impressive. He gave me the date/time, and a nice price estimate, called as requested, and arrived on time! He was very courteous and professional from start to finish.

R.J. (owner) came out to repair my broken springs on my garage door. He was very prompt and quick with the repair with up front pricing as to the total cost of the repair. I would definitely call Clarks Garage Doors again if needed!
