They showed up when the other one I hired did not so that was the one plus but they came 1 hr and 20 min late and left more than half of my belongings for me and my 15 year old daughter to move ourselves. They didn’t even move the sofa cushions! They didn’t move any boxes. They were very inexperienced. It was one of the mover’s very first moving job. They did not stack the storage room properly so I had to redo it. They charged me more money because they were slow. I paid them and I called the company and had to leave a message. I got no response the day of the move and then 2 more times the next week. Still no response so I filed with the better business bureau. Still waiting for their response. Very disappointed.
