- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give fair pricing, we only give a price once we see the problem so we can be fair to the customer and don’t just guess, we have discount pricing for senior citizens, military and law enforcement active and inactive, we always try to work with the customers budget, we don’t price gouge, we are upfront and honest and don’t require payment until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time, arrive at the customers home for a free estimate and evaluation of the problem and then we give them options on what we can do to fix the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are able to operate heavy equipment, excavate any area, pour concrete, landscape and trouble shoot any mechanical appliance using computers and new technology.
