Mike and family at barks 5th Avenue have changed our life with our german shepard. She was wild and we thought we were going to have to give her away. There training gave our dog fina....another chance to be truly a house dog with manners. I can't thank them enough they are truly professional dog trainer. I would recommend them to everyone....my friend also had his dog trained there with the same results. Once again if you need a referral to call me that is not a problem

AMY IS THE MOST AMAZING PERSON, AND THE DOG TRAINER I HAVE EVER MET. WITH IN MINUTES SHE HAD CHANGED MY DOG. WITH IN 20 MINUTES SHE WAS ALSO TRAINIG ME. WE HAD A 2 HOUR SESSION. TRUST ME IT WAS HARDER FOR ME, THAN MY DOG. HANNAH (MY DOG), AND I, ARE ALREADY HAVING THE BEST WALKS EVER. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE AMY AGAIN NEXT WEEK, TO SHOW HER THE IMPROVEMENTS WE HAVE MADE. MY GOAL IS TO GO THE BEACH AGAIN, AND LET HANNAH PLAY IN THE WATER. IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO NEEDS A REALLY GOOD DOG TRAINER, PLEASE CALL AMY. THANK YOU, LIZ SENSBAUGH

We have really enjoyed working with Nick May in our home and are very happy with the progress he has made with our pup. We still have several more sessions with him and look forward to working with him each week to meet our goals. I would recommend him to anyone who may need dog training for the puppy/dog.

I had a doberman, Rose, that was a challenge to walk. She did not go out for walks. I found Come and Train It K9 and now Rose and I go for walks! John and Courtney really understood Rose and gave us the tools we needed to be successful. The team is extremely professional and genuinely wanted to make sure we were successful. I learned about my own shortcomings when it came to my with and toward Rose. I very much recommend Come and Train It K9 to anyone who has a dog with challenges. Rose can go out for walks now.....life is much better for her! Thank you John and team!

Barbara is great!! I would highly recommend her. She has taught me so much on how to have my dog listen to me and follow what I say. I have known Barbara for a 1 1/2 yrs. I first met her when she was an instructor at a pet store. Riley is my first dog and I thought he was only supposed to be a dog. I soon learned that I had no control over him. Walks were difficult with him pulling and trying to run after other dogs and people. Barbara showed me in easy steps how to get Riley to do what I asked like no jumping up on people or not pulling during walks, etc. After training classes ended I began to attend her agility for fun classes. It seems like every class I am learning something new about my dog and what he can do. I now have a dog that will listen to me (well most of the time ) and I am so proud of him. We are still a work in progress but I couldn't have done it without Barbara gentle teaching and encouragement.

I've had dogs my whole life. I've taken puppy classes and know quite.a bit about dogs. I've never had a problem with dogs. I've often had people come to me asking me questions. But every so often you meet a dog who is a challenge. We took in a stray German Shepherd who the previously ownera literally got out of the car, released the dog and got back in and drove away. That should have been our first clue. She was very unruly. Very dominant. Very strong willed and uncontrolable. Tammy came in and taught us what we needed to control her. She now sits on command, we are now able to take her for walks and actually play with her and she will.sit with you for 20-30 minutes so you can love on her. Thia juat lows mu mind because I have never met a more high strung hyper wont calm down and rwlax dog before!. She still has a lot of work to do, but i know that with Tammy we will get there. Tammy helped when the dog got pregnant. She helped us pick out a pup so it could become a service dog for my daughter who has severe panics attack occasionally. Tammy has been also working with my daughter to train the pup and helps my daughter to recognize her triggers and how to channel her thoughts and let the pup do his job. Tammy also has boarded all 4 of our dogs and we know they are in great hands while we are gone...she even sent us pictures when we had to goit out of state for a family emergency that took over 2 weeks. (We missed our fur babies). Tammy also grooms my sheltie and does a great job. Tammy know her stuff and i cant sing her praises enough.

Sarah is absolutely amazing! Where do I begin? As soon as you start speaking with Sarah you can immediately tell how much her profession means to her. It is clear that she is in it for the dogs and it’s obvious that she is doing exactly what she was meant to do. She will take the time to explain to you the reasons behind doing things which helps to give you a better understanding of the training and your dog. If you are looking for a dog trainer, I highly recommend Sarah!

Terry, the dog trainer, has been a great dog trainer. I have tried out many in and around the area where I live, and have never had any success. This time I am seeing successes that I never thought possible. My dog is making great strides. Yes, she has a long way to go, and so do I, but with Terry's help, I believe we are achieving that goal well. Terry is very professional, yet very down to earth, and will talk to you about what he wants you to do. He models everything for you, then he gives you the leash and lets you do the work with your dog. He offers good information and helps you to correct the areas in which you might be doing something wrong. He also seems to do so until he sees you are getting it right. He explains well, and he doesn't just say ok, now you do it. He observes closely and helps you. His work quality is tip top, and he is very responsive to the dog's needs as well as any needs the owner has in working with the dog. He knows what he is doing, and he knows how to teach people . Terry is rarely ever late, but if for some reason, he is going to be a few minutes late, he always calls me to let me know this. Value can mean one of two things to me. I always think of it in a monetary way first, and as far as the money that I have spent and am spending, I believe these lessons are a great price for the money. I think they are worth every penny I have put out for them. I think about not only being worth the money for the lessons, but when I think about it, this man drives all over the place, and the price is worth it for the 35 - 40 mi drive he makes to come help and teach me to teach my dog. I realize too, that he has expenses, and he has to pay for gasoline, so the monetary price I pay is definitely worth it. I really cannot express what kind of value Terry and the lessons exhibit on a teaching and content level. I think this is the most valuable thing I have learned in a long time. I cannot measure the value that the lessons have for my dog and me. I believe she feels like she has more structure, and I am feeling positive and excited , because I am learning to be her leader instead of the other way around. I am also feeling more respected by her. I am so happy that I found Always Faithful Dog Training and that I have Terry to help me and show me how to handle my dog !

I was very impressed with Dallas' ability to teach my hyperactive dog to respect me and follow my commands through positive reinforcement. She is dedicated to ensuring you have the tools necessary to maintain a well mannered dog long after her training program is over.

I used David's Dog Training for the training of our new puppy. When we first got our Miniature Schnauzer he was an absolute mess, jumping on guests, furniture, dragging us down the street, and uncontrollably excited all the time. After a 8 week session with David's Dog Training, he was controllable and walking (not pulling) on a leash. Most of his training, believe it or not, had more to do with us as the owners than with the dog. We were the ones who needed to step up and communicate with the dog. He is now content, controllable, sociable, and a very good boy. I honestly don't know what we would have done without his help. Thank you!

Randolph knows what he is talking about! I felt like he was very knowledgeable, understanding and really does care about dogs! I came to him for a consult and I left very impressed. He had great command of his own dog and seemed very comfortable with my own dog. He seems like a people person and a dog person! My dog has socialization issues with other dogs and I had trouble finding a trainer because he is considered a "giant breed". Randolph taught me a lot about the issues with my dog and presented me with different options for training (board and train & private sessions). My only issue is the cost. I will have to wait to begin training because the training will negatively affect my budget...more than expected.

About

At Duck Dog Trainer, we specialize in training duck hunting dogs. It is what we are known for. By far, our most popular training package is our Basic Retriever Training package. Our basic retriever training package is the program that 75-80% of our clients feel will meet their needs adequately. If you hunt in farm ponds, marsh ponds surrounded by high grass, or shoot most of your birds over decoys where the ducks fall dead inside of 75 yards…then there is a good chance our Basic Retriever Training will meet your needs. This dog will de a great family companion with great obedience and be able to handle the above scenarios with ease.

About

I own and operate my own dog obedience training business. I provide group classes, private lessons and board training. I also provide pet sitting, etc. I tailor each training session to the specifics of my clients and their dogs. I love what I do because all dogs deserve a chance to make their very first home their "forever" home through proper training and education of their "human."
