He listens to all my concerns and addresses all those issues. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. What I also like about his training sessions is they are rarely the same. You don't have to worry about getting bored with the training :) He is always on time and I respect him for that. Jose is the best PT!
My son has been training with Alex for last 6 weeks, and I believe Alex is one of the most committed trainers that I have seen so far. My son really enjoys the variety and challenge Alex brings to the sessions. I have noticed my son's fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in his ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, & generally have more energy level throughout the day. My son used to hate going to Gym, but Alex changed his perception and I find he actually looks forward to his sessions with Alex. I've been weight training for 25 years and have a pretty good understating of fitness & nutrition. After my first session with Will, I knew immediately that I was working with a guy that had a very high fitness & nutrition IQ. Will takes an inside out approach, the right approach, to your body, and although the weights and reps seem at first a bit entry level, you will leave each session knowing that you just got worked out in a way you never have. Floyd is willing to help you improve the way you want to. He has been efficient and very helpful. I have been working with him for a short while now but I am impressed. I will continue to reach my goals and he is there to help. So far everything is going well. Floyd is able to push me to complete exercises but he never pushes me farther than I can't go. If you need help reaching your goal he is your guy.

This is my first time working with a personal trainer and my experience has been nothing but positive. José Alberto is 100% committed to get the results you are looking for. When you are training with him even little adjustments he does when lifting weights, from the way you position your shoulders or back to how your far apart your feet are make a great difference and the best part is that you see the results. I have been working with him for only one month and I have seen faster results with him by training smarter and targeting those areas that you want to improve.
My session was an hour and I can honestly say it was very educational. I have been a paramedic for several years and recently got firefighter certified. As much as I love being a medic I have to admit it has taken a toll on my body. I have spondylosis of the lower lumbar and it can be very painful to go through a training session. I sometimes refuse to workout in fear of the aftermath, but found that pilates was therapeutic and relaxing. My trainer/fiancé Rafael Nevarez is very knowledgeable and professional; having been certified by numerous accredited associations.
