- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be competitively priced across all of our services. There are lots of variables that need to be considered, though, when looking at pricing. That's why we prefer to talk to our customers directly so that we can ask the questions that will help us determine the best solution and price that will be within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk on the phone or meet in person to get to know you a little bit and help you identify exactly what you want to get out of our services. From there we work with you to come up with the creative ideas to accomplish this. Once we've agreed on the services that we will provide, then we write a contract that details everything we discussed so there are no surprises. Lastly, we deliver on the promise and creative that we discussed. You end up a happy customer because you get exactly what you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been doing portrait photography for 15 years and video production for 12 years. We have the experience and know-how to get the job done.
