Introduction: I specialize in functional body weight exercises at a high intensity pace. Functional meaning things the body was designed to do. I.E. Squatting, jumping, climbing, pulling, pushing, and many more. The reason being is because when the body does WORK its designed to do, the brain and body respond much faster to weight loss and muscle building, again because the movements are things the body is designed to do in the 1st place. I was in the military for 8 years as an 11 Bravo (infantrymen) so fitness has been apart of my life for every long time, and I like to bring a military approach to my clients training. I like helping people. Theres really nothing to scientific about it. I like to help people who want to lose weight they don't need, I like being apart of the journey that the client goes through. There will be peaks and valleys just like anything else in life and I like to think I'm good at getting you past those points I also love this work because it allows me to teach you the discipline that is required if you want to be truly successful in this area of your life. Its just like Being in football shape and/or being in basketball shape. You may be disciplined in not eating something late at night, but not so much when its time to get up at 6 AM and go for that 3-5 mile run. Lastly I enjoy this line of work, and I don't actually like to call it work, but I like it because I get to see the look on my trainees faces whenever they hit a goal they've set for themselves, weather its weight loss, hitting a certain time in a distance run, or beating a previous bench mark, Its a satisfaction for me like no other.
