- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1.We do charge a delivery fee on orders at a set price. 2.If you are booking 2 weeks or less before your event, we require a full deposit to secure your date. If it is 3 weeks or more, we allow a half deposit given at least one week after your booking date. The second half of the payment is due the week before the event. Deposits are none refundable and you can lose your date if the money is not payed in full prior to your event. To safe hassle, even if your event is more than 3 weeks away. You do have the options to pay in full right out the gate! 3.If a discount is running on our site, The same deals will transfer over to our thumbtack orders. 4.NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, We want you to feel comfortable. We first take the time to know your name so you may be addressed as such. Next, We take the time to assess your needs to ensure a quote that is as accurate as possible for you before you decide to use our services. We then send over the quote and if you like it, Great! If not, We help you to add and change until it is at your liking. Lastly, once everything is how you want it, we have you pay your deposit to secure your date. We then ask you to confirm, date, time, and location to send you a confirmation email confirming you are in our books. Now, you are all set and ready to be served!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers! Nurses and Hospitals, Office buildings, People with health ailments, Churches, Women's Shelters, Homeless Shelters. We also love working the common life events just as much-Baby Showers, Weddings, Birthdays, Funerals, Graduations, or just to get together with friends!
