Concierge Integrative Medicine of Houston - a holistic health clinic
About this pro
What I practice is concierge integrative medicine which involves the integration of nutritional medicine and holistic health coaching with concierge primary care medicine. Nutritional medicine, which involves the use of dietary modification strategies and nutraceutical supplements to decrease chronic disease and reduce pharmaceutical use. Holistic health coaching is based on my health manual, "The Algorithm of Six", which involves addressing the six common drivers of chronic disease which include: nutrition (most important, ranging from micronutrient deficiences to food toxicities, allergies, and intolerances) exercise (usually the lack of it, along with prolonged inactivity) sleep (typically insomnia or sleep apnea) stress management (inability to manage stress and/or self-destructive ways of managing stress) isolation (social, familial, spiritual) environmental toxicities (air,, water, food, home, workplace) To the degree all these factors are corrected, the body will fix itself and reduce or eliminate chronic disease. I enjoy taking people who are sick and burnt out with conventional medical care (prescription drugs and medical procedures) and turning them around for the better with an integrative holistic health approach.
Customers rated this pro highly for professionalism, value, and punctuality.
