Cochran roofing was the best contractor I have ever hired. I have remodeled a few homes and built 2 of them myself, and Brent was the most reasonable priced and easy going contractor, ever. I have signed the contract via email on a sunday, and cochran started and finished the job on Tuesday. Paid by check that I had mailed to my property manager where cochran picked it up after the job was completed to my total satisfaction. My old roof was removed and the new roof with flashing, vents etc. was installed all in one day. I did not run across any type of issue or problem and all business was completed via email. This never happened to me before that I had work done without a hitch. I would recommend Brent Cochran and his roofing company to all my family and friends. No joke. Well done Brent!!!

Awesome work & customer service. A business that highlights integrity. They replaced our damaged roof & worked closely with our insurance company & adjuster to provide us with an even better quality roof than we had hoped for.

we had thought the leak was fixed, however with the high winds and torrential rain we have had, it continues to leak. he has called several times to come and re fix, but the weather has not allowed him to do so. I will hold off on the rating until the issue is resolved. he was wonderful to work with, friendly, said he would take care of the problem. so I will give him the chance, rates charged were very reasonable, so far.
