Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
I'm a beginner and they have people that are really in shape. But they are working with me at my level to get me where i need to be. They are patient and encouraging. I really appreciate that.
Started with Melissa at the beginning of December. I have enjoyed her Pilates, Extreme Training, and yoga classes. She has a great energy about her and is very patient and let's you go at your own pace. I've had great results!

Charlie is Fort Worth's best-hidden gem! I originally met Charlie during at his massage school clinic about 3 years ago. After that first massage I was hooked. Since then he has also become a yoga instructor which I love. The weekly massage and yoga session have really helped with my back pain and I feel less stressed out all the time! I would definitely recommend Charlie and in fact, I have to many of my friends and family!

I began my journey with yoga about 3 years ago and have practiced almost everyday since. This practice will allow you to sculpt your ideal body, free your true self, and transform your life. I teach power vinyasa flow yoga. This practice is a powerful and energetic form of yoga where students learn to fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. It is the perfect blend of sweat and serenity. Though my focus is making the practice accessible to all ages and body types, I also like to play and have fun with arm balances and inversions!
