- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work because i was sitting on my couch one and really paid attention to a commercial of a certain RX drug and i could not believe what i heard. All of the side effects blatantly in our faces and people really do go and ask for these meds to help them. I have had some medical issues myself and I knew there was a better way to help people. I researched and found holistic professions that I wanted to pursue. I enrolled at SWIHA (Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts) because of the programs they offered and they are accredited by the Department of Education.
