- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard hourly rates are: $125 for planning/strategy work and executive coaching $95 for process improvement and similar project work Project fees vary greatly, depending on client needs. For instance, I have completed business plans for as little as $950 and as much as $5000. I have executed well defined process improvement projects for as little as $1500 and as much as $8500, but there is usually an estimated return on investment of 3 to 10 times my total fees. I'm also willing to perform fixed fee projects if they can be well defined up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet initially to assess needs and outline a scope of work. Some clients prefer for me to perform an initial broad business assessment to verify needs and to surface other opportunities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and many years of training and experience with an international and regional consulting firm. Although my certification is not current, I successfully completed the training and testing process to become a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) over 20 years ago. I have additional formal training and years of real world experience in business strategy and planning, lean six sigma business process improvement, and financial management and budgeting.
