- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many jobs around the home require a level of skill and knowledge in order to have a lasting outcome. If you think a Pro is expensive, try hiring an amateur. We have may years of experience in the construction techniques required to give the best and longest lasting result. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get all of the details of the what the customer is looking for in the finished product so that we can provide the best service possible. We are Pro's with the knowledge and experience to do the job right, the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school diploma. We have been in the contracting and building industry for over 20 years. Experience in the job is the key.
