- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per sq ft . We charge flat rates . There are instances where we can charge more upon arriving buts that’s a 1% chance ... for example if a vacant house has been siting for 3 years and we weren’t aware before pricing or you just remodeled the home and that’s a construction clean up ... We are proud to say 99% of the time our flat rate per sq is always accurate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no formal training. I have over 6 years of professional cleaning experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a neat person and I love organizing and cleaning .. since I was in boarding school there was nothing to me like a clean space. The best feeling is when the space is a total Mess and you are done with it and it’s like what happened. I deceived to share this with others who don’t have the time to do it themselves and those who just don’t like doing it .
