I participate in webinars and seminars to stay abreast of the latest trends in catering and food service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've known since age 9 that I enjoyed cooking. After being laid off my last position in Human Resources, I decided to explore my first true passion - to cook. I developed a business plan and went to work building a successful catering service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Birthday parties, family reunions, piano recitals, bridal & baby showers, retirement parties, convention dinners, wedding receptions.
