FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing comes based off the problem at hand. If it's a quick fix such as reinstalling windows, installing new parts you've bought or a simple clean up I won't charge much. However if it is a longer process job or something I haven't encountered before than the price may vary in the high range. Overall my costs won't usually exceed $150 - $200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call and a few questions regarding the problem and the possible solutions before I schedule a date and time to come out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Computer Network and Server Administration from the tech school: Remington College in Fort Worth, Texas. Also I have plenty off the books knowledge from day to day technology as well as my day job. I am a shop tech for DDS Computers based out of Grand Prairie, Texas where we focus mainly on computers made for specifically dentists and dental offices.
