Every chance I get through reading, traveling, networking, and experiments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It is something I've been exposed to since childhood. My Grandfather owned 2 donut shops growing up in the 80's, one was brick & mortar where all the baking was done. Being in a kitchen is just normal to me. Food and water come before everything!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Social parties for holidays with business partners and family coming together to show appreciation for life with no worries.
