Before the arthritis got so bad in my hip I was in Melissa's pilates class at the Watauga rec center. I am not as flexible as most of the others in the class, but she never criticized or made me feel uncomfortable in the class and encouraged me to keep going. You will enjoy her class and know you have had a great workout at the end of it.
Lesley was a godsend. She trained me after a knee injury and I owe so much of my joint stability to her. She is incredibly knowledgable, professional and downright hilarious. She'll keep you laughing even when you feel like you can't do any more reps of an exercise. She's the best!
