I used Bill to build a patio cover. I expected something nice but he COMPLETELY BLEW ME AWAY! It was better than I ever could have imagined!!! Bill Jones of Martin and Son Construction built an outstanding custom pergola for me. His detail work is far from ordinary. The stained cedar he used is beautiful and will last for many years to come. He was on time and kept me well informed on every aspect of construction. In spite of the daily rain that turned to extremely hot days, my pergola was completed in a timely manner. Bill delivers good quality work at competitive prices and is very dependable. My pergola is absolutely beautiful and I look forward to spending many enjoyable days using it. I will definitely call on him for any future projects. Bill is not just a carpenter, he is a true craftsman.

Bill and his crew did a quality job on our patio cover. Throughout the process Bill was clear and accurate on what would be required (material) and what they could accomplish. (Time) I was hoping they would match the quality of our existing pergola, but they exceeded our expectations. We had them stain the pergola to match the new patio cover and I was surprised at the color match. I have no reservations recommending Martin & Son Construction.

Some projects we do are priced by the Sq ft but every job is different. So most pricing is based upon time and materials needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want meet and find out the customers desires and concerns first. Then discuss budget and options to meet their budget and their expectations. My goal is to provide them with the most value for the dollar spent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training has come from growing up around construction and from experience with my own homes and remodeling.
