- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bid each job individually, but we do run specials. We use competitively priced materials and our labor is based on an industry standard estimate of man hours. Generally, a basic privacy fence starts around $16/linear foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our customer requests a quote, that's when the work starts. We set a quick meeting at your convenience, we discuss the details of your project, take measurements, within 24 hours we provide a quote. Once approved by the customer, we sign a simple agreement outlining the scope of the job, schedule the start date and then you sit back and relax and we get to work. For most jobs, we require payment for materials or 50% of the project costs, whichever is greater with the balance due at completion.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since 2001, I have worked full-time as a paramedic for services and companies across the country. I started to get the bug to go back into business in 2016. The ambulance service I was working for decided to sell their business. I used this opportunity to start Beyla General Construction. I want to create jobs. Beyla is that opportunity to create jobs and it's an opportunity to build our customer's vision.
