What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25 for diagnostics that will be applied to the final repair. $50 for hardware and software cleaning. Tun- up. $35 printer maintenance. $60 copier maintenance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce my self over the phone, tañk about the equipment issue set an ETA for a visit. Physically check the equipment for diagnostics and estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have an AA in electronics. Am engineering degree in electrmechanics . I have an MCSE vocation With A+ , N+ netwirking certs.
