What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At North Texas Air, LLC. we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. We will meet with the customer and answer any questions they may have. We are never high pressure, we simply let our customers know what we recommend and provide options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are factory certified. Most of our team members have 10 plus years experience hands on working in this industry. We take regular training classes to stay on top of the ever changing technology that drives our industry.

We have a standard $69.00 diagnostic fee to show up and diagnose the problem. Once we have determined what the problem is, we provide a quote before doing any work. We do not charge by the hour, but instead by the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this industry at a young age. I was given the opportunity to learn plumbing and air conditioning/heating. I worked in plumbing, eventually earning my master plumbing license while also learning air conditioning and heating.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a very diverse set of customers. From homeowners to investors, and small businesses to large corporations. But at the end of the day, we mostly enjoy working directly with homeowners.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just completed a 2 system complete replacement for a great client. We removed the old units which were approximately 15 years old and installed 2 new High Efficiency 2 stage Ac systems. This project took about 2.5 days.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I can give is to make sure the company you choose has a proven record of customer satisfaction. Check multiple sources of online reviews.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Some questions to consider would be What is the warranty they offer? Are they qualified to work on this particular type of system? Are there employees background and drug tested? Does the company have a proven track record of excellent customer service? Does the company listen to its clients and do right by the customer when there is an issue?
