Zach replaced my Power Supply in my Lenova pc and upgraded my Ram at Very Reasonable price. Originally I took it to Best Buy geek squad and they refused to do work They gave some lane excuse that it might not match up to my "box " computer and it might not work . Upon first talking with Zach over the phone with my computer problem, he was concise with what could be wrong and upfront with his service pricing. He was able to come out to my home the following day and was punctual with our appointment. Zach was very polite and respectful and solved my computer issue promptly. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My hourly rate is for the first hour, after that my rate is prorated to the half hour. Special projects that won't fit a standard hourly rate can be discussed at the time of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step is to always listen to the problem they are having, easy enough, but it often gets skipped past by hearing what was said, but not actually listening and paying attention. From there I start asking pertinent questions to get to the root cause or find a good solution. Before starting the work, a final question of 'what do you ultimately want to accomplish' is asked to put the correct heading on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have nearly two decades of IT work experience, in addition to an AAS in Computer Network Engineering.
