Latest Review: I'm a runner/athlete who recently decided to begin regular massage therapy for preventative care. I've been to day spas and corporate massage companies, but I wanted to find something more affordable. This was my first time to hire a mobile massage therapist, and I am so glad I did. Tony was very professional, has 7 years of experience, and offers excellent massage service that is still affordable. I will continue regular massage therapy with Tony.

Latest Review: Kim has been my massage therapist for many years. She is very professional and asks for my specific needs, giving extra attention to them. I always request the 90 minute massage. The extra time includes reflexology and stretching of legs, hips, hamstring and lower back which I never had before. In a word it is amazing.

Sunday has an impressive understanding of anatomy and how things in the body are connected. I would highly recconend him for therapeutic massage.

Latest Review: I had a great experience, I came in with pain and left feeling like a brand new person! It had been a while since I had had a massage but after this one I’m definitely making it part of my monthly routine! I forgot how refreshed I feel after a therapeutic massage, mentally and physically! Thank you Lauren!

Latest Review: Work quality and responsiveness distinguish a mssage therapist. Punctuality and professionalism are just givens. They have to be there but you don't choose someone because of them. Value obviously depend on price and companies get their profit which doesn't benefit the customer. Daniel worked on me at Elements after two other massage therapists, who were good, did not quite give me the level of relief I was hoping for. Besides all the good things that good massage therapists do (smooth flow, right touch, listen to what I want) Daniel had more to give. His knowledge of techniques and ability to apply them put him among the top masseurs among many, many I've had. He could vary his touch and stroke according to what he felt with a greater degree of sensitivity than most. He was great with hot stones. Beyond that, he combined styles, added stretches that helped a lot (showing me how to do them at home) and sometimes would manipulate a part of my body into a position that alleviated pain. I think he would do some home study to find the best ways to help. Can you get more responsive or give better quality than that? But I kept up at elements because I was getting great massages from Daniel. I really wanted to focus on what makes Daniel great. I had to suspend massages when I started physical therapy. When I finished, Daniel was gone. Very sad. I tried someone else once or twice, then ended my contract. I wish massage was covered by insurance the way PT is.

Latest Review: I'm kind of a massage junkie and I've seen a lot of therapists throughout all my moves to different areas (which are many). I have met some that were pretty great, and others that were just awful, but I have never met a massage therapist like Jamie. She was phenomenal in every way! Not only is she attentive and skilled, she offers diversity in her practice. She is certified to practice Thai massage (my personal favorite) and several other types as well. She was so good and finding areas that needed work, and she got out all my knots. She was very communicative and great at patient education (but she is also to the point). I really value holistic health, and I was so excited to learn that she also shares that value. I felt like she really customized my experience, and I left feeling SO GOOD!
