Not too impressed with the value but will be reaching out once I get settled into my new house again. They did fix my gate as asked but left loose lower boards and put untreated and unstained 2x8s all over the base of my fence instead of 1x6s or something that looks a little better. Overall I am not disappointed since they did come out quickly, fix my droopy gate and help me in a pinch but I do feel like $600 for quick gate repair and some untreated “kickers” was a great deal for them but not me.

Hi Jordan, we quoted you for a couple 2x6 kicker boards not 2x8s. The boards are Pressure treated to prevent moisture and rotting of the wood and each board was installed correctly in all the places we saw that the gaps were the worst per your request. The gate was repaired properly. The 2x6 kickers come unstained and we had let you know that we could stain them but that was not included. Their were boards that were loose and we nailed in any loose boards in that were originally mentioned.
