- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on several items. 1 square footage. 2. substrate. 3. what type of cleaning. ie.. mold,general,paint removal, oxidization removal ect...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want the opportunity to come out and meet the potential customer, so we request a number we can call and set up an appointment. We will confirm our appointment the day of. Once we are on site we will greet the customer, get important information and have a walk around with the customer if they choose to walk with us. As we walk around we take pictures of what the customer wants to be cleaned, and we will identify problems areas, and other areas that need attention. Once we have the walk around and take pictures and measurements we submit a proposal to the Customer. If for whatever reason the job isnt book at that time we would followup within a week to the customer. If the job is booked we would schedule and send an email to the customer letting them know when to expect our crew. The day of we would send out another email confirming our appointment and the time of arrival. After the project we would followup with the customer to make sure all expectations have been meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of PWNA (pressure washing resources association ) that has online seminars and they offer class session several times a year I try to attend.
