- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are dependent on job type. It can either be hourly or by the job. My pricing covers labor, gas, travel fees, taxes and the thumbtack lead. I am already affordable, so prices are firm. If you find someone else for less, I totally understand. Discounts come with job bundles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish a business relationship with the customer. If you understand the value and knowledge of my work, then I am willing to work with you. I also have an understanding that you can't satisfy everyone, but I still try.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off as a groundskeeper at an apartment complex. Worked my way up to a Maintenance Supervisor. I've acquired skills and knowledge over 12 years of being a maintenance guy. I've dealt with new construction, all the way down to older homes and remodels.
