Lighting Installation

I would definitely use Mr Electric. He was very honest and recommended what I should do. Very professional and made sure kept to Covid guidelines. I already let him know what I would be calling them out for next month. Prices were very reasonable and didn’t charge me a trip charge for estimate. This is company to go to for Electric issues.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When we arrive for your appointment, the electrician will do a general visual electrical inspection. They will discuss your project with you, and offer solutions. They will then provide pricing to you. If your outlet or lights or something else is not working, he will first need to do a diagnostic to determine why it is not working properly, there is a fee for this service, and the electrician will be able to go over this with you. Most of the time the repair can be made with this initial fee. If not he will then advise you on your options. We do have specials on our website that change. Please feel free to check them out. In addition to check, cash and credit cards we do have other affordable payment options. Please check with our office and we would be happy to go over them with you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you book an appointment with us, we will ask for your information including email. We will then ask questions about your project, if information about it has not been received by us. Confirm the information with you and provide you a day and an am or pm appointment. Once there, our electrician will do a visual inspection of your electrical system. Somethings they are going to look at your panel, outlets, lighting, anything that could be a hazard. Please have panel accessible, as well as any outlets that you might want them to look at. Once he checks this and meets with you, an upfront price will be provided. In most cases the work can be taken care of then, occasionally we will need to reschedule, depending on the circumstances of the project. You will sign to accept the quote to have him start the project, and again when it is finished. Once it is complete he will email you your receipt.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

State of Texas master and electrical license, all electricians are licensed wireman or journeyman. We also, have industry training to keep up to date on the electrical codes and changes that are taking place.
