I met Ms. Pinkerton over a year ago to enlist her assistance with a special project which turned into a non-profit organization. Throughout the entire process, whether it was providing advice regarding legal structures, filing the IRS 1023 application for "tax exampt" status, reviewing contracts and providing legal counsel and representation in District Court.
