Started with Melissa at the beginning of December. I have enjoyed her Pilates, Extreme Training, and yoga classes. She has a great energy about her and is very patient and let's you go at your own pace. I've had great results!
When I met Lesley we instantly clicked. She was an incredible Pilates and Spin instructor, with the right mix of pushing me to better myself and not making me feel guilty or bad. I loved going to her sessions and she helped me achieve a level of confidence I had lost after having my first child. Professional, compassionate, amiable and dedicated are her best qualities. You'd be crazy not to have her help you reach your goals.
I met Melissa when she was teaching the Pilates/Yoga class at the local gym. I always enjoyed her classes. I loved that every class was different and I would work muscles I didn't even know I had. I would recommend her classes to anyone.
Pilates with Bernadett has changed my life. I'm currently in my fourth week of training and have not had low back pain since. I never knew pilates helped so much with lyour spine Bernadett watches me closely to make sure my posture is always correct to avoid further injury to my back.
I also had a baby over 4 months ago and Bernadett is patient with me and is helping me build my core strength. I feel stronger and more flexible after each session. I
She has also made it very convenient for me by coming to my place of work to work out with me. She's good and tough! Just what I need :)
I love taking Tricia's Pilates classes. She teaches to the body and knows just what to say to make sure I am in proper form and getting the most out of each exercise performed. Her classes are an uplifting experience. I leave the studio feeling like I had an amazing workout for my body and soul. Love her studio!
