QuickFix Local was fantastic to deal with -- I had a wooden shutter installed, and the frame needed to be built before that was installed. Not exactly an easy task! They did a perfect job and we'd readily work with them again. Thank you!

The work done was fine. However what I submitted my request for (standard handyman work) was for 2 hours of work (their minimum timeframe). Then they said they didn't do certain things like caulking or drywall but that I still had to pay for 2 hours of work when it was only 1 hour of work. The gentlemen did not offer to dispose of any trash / cardboard either which I think is a pretty standard practice. I stated that I had more work at another house 10 minutes away to get my 2 hours worth that I paid for. However they said it can only be at one location, despite me offering to include the travel time. Frustrating! Rip off

Our technicians work efficiently, but completing the job faster doesn’t change our 2-hour minimum, which covers reserved time, travel, and other costs. Everything, including the minimum and scope, was discussed and agreed upon before the work began so we’re unable to split time between addresses. We also did not charge per individual task — otherwise, the total would have been higher. We appreciate your input and will keep improving our communication.
