I have been participating in Heath's boot camp for a little over two years. I originally took his class to increase my performance during my black belt testing (specifically, push-ups). During the past two years, I have increased my stamina, flexibility, strength...I could go on and on. I have been very impressed how he is able to mix-up his routines...they are never boring and always challenging....i injured my knee a year ago and he was able to modify the routines taking the injury into consideration. He also gave me some strengthening exercises to speed up my recovery. Heath is very knowledgeable in his field and will push you to your limits or rein you in if you are performing the exercise incorrectly. I would recommend this class for everyone....regardless of sex or age. I am a very satisfied customer.
I have been working out with Mike for a year now and I love my new body! I get a lot of one-on-one attention even when I am in his fit camps with several people. He knows what he is talking about! I have had trouble with my knee do to years of sports and he has helped me find exercises to work on at home. I have to say Attainable Growth has change my life! About the time I turned 50 I realized my boot camp workout were over, so on the recommendation of a friend, I sought out Carole. The minute I saw her smiling face, I could feel the her positive energy. I didn't know what she could do for me, but I just had to do it! Over the course of our sessions, Carole was able to zero in on my kinks and prescribe exercises that targeted problem areas while understanding that as we get older, some of us need to exercise more efficiently. More weights, stretching and a little lower intensity really helped me immensely. Carole is constantly pursuing knowledge and experience in new areas of health and fitness to bolster her already commanding knowledge. Plus, she has a philosophy that encompasses both Eastern and Western approaches to health. Her impressive background in mixed martial arts and body building are always present so if you want to go for it, she will take you there! If you just want to focus on restorative techniques and yoga, she can help you with that, too. She's extremely flexible from session to session, depending on what your body is saying that day. I can't express enough how much I enjoy training with Carole and how much she has helped me. I highly recommend her.
I have been attending Tony's boot camp classes for 2 years now and he continues to challenge and motivate me. Tony is a very knowledgeable trainer and is invested in his client's success. Even my son attended a few classes prior to leaving for Marine Corps Training Camp so he could be adequately prepared for boot camp. I have been doing Mike Massie Fighting Fit Boot Camp workouts for 7 months now. I got to say that I'm in the best shape of my life. I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I'm giving the young guns a hard time when we roll "I'm wearing them out". I hear all the time "man I hope that I'm in half the shape your in at 49." I have been attending boot camp with Charles for several years, and have also done personal training intermittantly. His workouts are widely varied and get results. He knows how to make modifications to accommodate different fitness levels or to personal needs (such as injuries or focusing on a specific area) I have been regularly working out in various types of group fitness since college (20 years ago) and I always get a great workout and have never had an injury during his workouts. I am not the most coordinated person and he works around that too. My 12 year old son went to speed camp this summer and it not only improved his athleticism, but also his self confidence. Don't let Charles' appearance intimidate you- he is great with kids and encouraging for any level of fitness. If you do the work - you will get results!

Our Bombshell Girls Boot Camp is an early morning outdoor group fitness program for the woman on the go who wants a fast, effective workout that delivers results. This girls-only camp (no boys allowed) is designed for women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Lose weight and tone up while you build strength and endurance with a wide variety of cardio and strength training workouts that you're guaranteed to love! This is only $10/hour. 2. Our Bombshell Girls Personal Training program is a small group (4 women max) training session that combines traditional weight lifting, abs/core, and cardio in an intense, yet fun gym workout (that's right; training will take place in a fully equipped gym).
