Yes it depends upon the event, and customer requests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a profound believer in good communication, I make sure the customer understands what we are strongest in providing, find out their needs, and we make it happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute, and I am a 20 year Marine Corps Veteran.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always found myself gravitating towards the kitchen, ever since i was a child. i learned how to grill by my mother and father. I love cooking and making people happy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, throughout my career, dignitaries, celebrities, educators, military, you name it.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I participated in the Wounded warrior American muscle car Show, and the Longhorn Networks Ultimate tailgate.
