OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We had some very poor experiences with other "computer repair" services. It seemed liked they did it on the side. We found TSI computers and dropped off our computer and where impressed with their store and services. We thought we had a bad hard drive but it turned out to be a corrupted user profile.
