Michael quickly responds to our computer crises and is very thorough in checking the equipment to make sure all is running and back in order before he returns it to us. Great professional! Excellent 5-star service! Correctly diagnosed and took care of my computer not starting problem within the same day on a Saturday (10/24/2015)! When I sent email to Michael on Sunday (10/25/2015) about a noise problem from the new power supply, he replied almost immediately that he would be in the shop until 4. Mike was very personable and easy to work with! He was quick to respond and got my laptop fixed quickly when other shops were going to take days before they could even look at it. I really appreciate that he took time to listen to my problem, made sure to stay late if necessary, and went above and beyond to make sure I was only separated from my computer a very minimal amount of time.
