Wes came out to the house multiple times. He initially came out for a consultation for the surround sound. He worked with us and asked questions to custom fit a system for our needs. He also pointed out a safety issue with the TV on the stand, demonstrating how much the TV wobbled while on the stand. He recommended mounting the TV due to the fact that we have young children. The install was done but there were a few things that didn't seem right to me. I called him and he came out as soon as he could. We resolved the issues, with one being just a quick adjustment on the tv mount, and the other being a dead channel on the receiver. We also discussed an integrated remote to control all of the components which he will be bringing out and setting up when he comes back out with the new receiver. Wes was very friendly, and discussed things in a way that my wife and I could understand. He seems truly concerned with our experience and goes above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend Wes and ProTex Technologies to anyone I know.

Wes is great! He helped us with our home sound system, security and cell boosters. He's very friendly and professional and doesn't pressure you into buying something you don't need. He's always very responsive and helpful if you have issues or questions. We truly enjoy working with Wes and ProTex!!

We were very fortunate to have found ProTex. We couldn't have asked for a better fit. Wes our sales representative was very detailed and dedicated to his work. He took the time to get to know his customers, their needs, and THEIR best interests. It is not just another sale for him. His passion and commitment radiate from the onset of the first meeting.
Our installation team was top rate also. They were very well mannered, timely and very professional. There was never any doubt we were in good hands with the team and Wes. I am very technologically and working with Wes made it easy.

Great job recommending the AV equipment that worked best for us. The installation team was professional and very quick. We had a second installation of outdoor speakers which was also very well done. The equipment itself is great with fantastic quality. I would recommend Wes and ProTex again.
