- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a thorough inspection for one simple price! We happily offer Military, Teacher and Referral discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for client's full name, email, number and address of the property to be inspected. We also ask for agent's contact information for clients who wish to have their real estate agents involved. After settling on a time and day for the inspection, clients will receive an email confirmation once the inspection is scheduled with seller's agent. Clients will be notified once inspector has arrived to the property and for added convenience, they will also receive a text when Inspector is about 30 minutes from finishing the report onsite. Clients can then proceed to the property to go over the report with the inspector.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors hold professional licenses in the state of Texas. They are also trained for Infrared Thermal Imaging, Termite Inspections, Septic Inspections, Pool and Spa Inspections and more. Their education is continuous.
