- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing includes a haircut, bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning. There are additional fees if there is matting, fleas, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate to inquire what services their pup(s) may need. I ask for some information that will be input into my software. Once appointment has been scheduled a text will be sent for a reminder and I will also send a copy of the grooming contract via email, that needs to be emailed prior to or brought with them to the first appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to grooming school and earned my license to be a Professional Groomer and worked In an animal hospital and became a Veterinary Technician. I use this knowledge to help the owner provide the best care for their pup(s), (i.e. performing grooming as needed and pointing out any visible health issues).
